The Interdisciplinary Foundation was established thanks to a generous private donation designed to aid and encourage the work of a specific project which the donor believed was of particular importance and significance in the context of helping people grapple with difficult questions and issues in the 21st century.

Inspired by the demonstration of kindness and support we decided to expand the remit behind the donation and put in place a system which will hopefully underpin and promote a range of development initiatives as well as create opportunities for people from around the world to attend and benefit from the work we are doing.

The Foundation will help to

~ initiate, evolve and grow a range of sustainable inclusive interdisciplinary projects, conferences, events and meetings

~ design, establish and launch professional programmes, practitioner development courses, educational materials and on-line learning initiatives

~ begin the work of forming an interdisciplinary accreditation consortium

~ assist individuals, groups, networks and associations to attend, participate and collaboratively benefit from the work we are doing

~ reward and showcase exemplary examples of interdisciplinary living, thinking and practice.

We welcome donations – of any and all varieties – which may be for the general benefit of the Foundation or directed toward and ring-fenced for specific purposes, projects or initiatives.
